Meet The Team

 
Thank you for visiting the Addy & Wittig Team's website.  I am proud to announce the formation of my new team.  I have partnered with my son, Ian Addy and long time personal assistant, Barbara Milian which has allowed me to combine my real estate experience with a new perspective.  The new team's primary focus will be directed towards residential sales and marketing in Sarasota and the adjoining barrier islands. The team will also focus on the pre-construction sales activities at Bleu Claire, the elegant new beachfront condominium residences on North Longboat Key. 


Gail Wittig, Broker-Associate

Gail Wittig is a full-time real estate professional with 27 + years of real estate experience.  Residing in Sarasota, Gail specializes in prestigious properties on Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Sarasota and the surrounding areas.  As a native and local resident, she brings her area knowledge, sales and marketing expertise to every transaction.  Gail's background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Florida, a Florida Real Estate Broker's License acquired in 1982 and she previously co-owned a local mortgage company.  In most recent years, Gail has been awarded with the #1 Team Companywide award and highest benchmarks sales in this area for two consecutive years.  This year Gail has formed a new team with her son, Ian Addy.  She has a renewed interest in real estate and states, "this is a mothers dream." 

When not selling real estate, Gail enjoys hosting large dinner parties for friends and family, boating and traveling abroad. 


Ian Addy, MBA-Realtor

As a second generation realtor and Sarasota resident, Ian brings his vast knowledge about the area and experience to every real estate transaction.  He has graduated from University of Florida with an MBA and started his career as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch.  He changed gears since his family business was in real estate, therefore joined Smith Associates as a New Home Sales Associate earning sales in excess of $20,000,000 for four consecutive years. 

Ian enjoys spending time with friends and family.  He loves boating on Sarasota's amazing waterways.


Barbara Milian, PA-Licensed Real Estate Assistant

Barbara Milian has 18 years of real estate experience. Barbara began her real estate career as a Sales Assistant for a new development community in Miami, FL and then joined Oakwood Apartments, the world's largest corporate housing company, and her last position was Property Manager of 470 apartment homes. In 1995, Barbara obtained her real estate license in Florida and joined Michael Saunders & Company as Leasing Manager for the Anna Maria Island rental office. When Michael Saunders & Company sold its Rental Division in 1999, Barbara joined "Saint & Gail's" team. Barbara brings her extensive knowledge in property management, real estate services, bilingual skills and exceptional customer relations to all of the teams  transactions making them flow smoothly from contract to closing.

Barbara enjoys spending time with her family, going to our beautiful beaches, shopping and decorating projects.
